A portfolio groups related products and provides a consolidated view of their initiatives and financial performance. Portfolios follow the same tab structure as the org level (Overview, Details, Products, Initiatives, Access, Templates), with all content scoped specifically to that portfolio.

Creating a portfolio

Click ”+ Add a new portfolio”

This button appears in the top-right of the Portfolios tab.

Enter the Portfolio Name and an optional Description

Click Create to save. Required role Only Super Admin and Admin may create or delete portfolios.

Managing portfolio access

The Access tab on any portfolio page controls which users have access to that portfolio and all its nested products and initiatives. Users added here gain implicit access and permissions to all items within the portfolio. Access can be managed by Super Admins, Admins, and Portfolio Contributors. Note that users who already have implicit access via their system role (e.g., Super Admin) cannot be removed from the access list.
