The Billing tab shows your organization’s current plan, seat count, estimated monthly cost, and billing cycle. From here you can adjust your plan or review past invoices.

Only Super Admin can access and manage billing.

Current plan

The current plan card shows three things at a glance: the number of billable seats (viewers are free and do not count toward billing), the estimated monthly cost, and your billing cycle (monthly or annual). If your organization is on a trial, a countdown shows how many days remain before the trial ends.

Adjusting your plan

Click Adjust plan to open the plan selection page. ValueMap offers the following tiers: You can toggle between monthly and annual billing on the plan selection page. After selecting a plan, you will be taken to Stripe to complete checkout and manage your payment details. All billing and payment management is handled through Stripe.

Invoices

Past invoices are listed at the bottom of the Billing tab once your organization has an active paid subscription.
