The Comments tab provides a simple threaded discussion system for each initiative. Team members can add comments, use @mentions to notify colleagues, and apply basic text formatting. Click Post Comment to publish. Required role for comments Super Admin, Admin, and Contributor can create, edit, and delete comments. Viewer can read comments but cannot post or edit them. The History panel (accessible via the History button in the top-right of any initiative) provides a full audit trail of all changes made to the initiative, including scenario updates, benefit and cost saves, approval events, and the original creation record. Each entry shows the action taken, who performed it, and a timestamp. Required role for history All roles can view the history log. Only Super Admin and Admin can manage (edit) history entries.
