The Overview page at every level of the hierarchy (Organization, Portfolio, Product, and Initiative) displays three key financial metric cards: Total Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return, and Payback Period. Each card shows a breakdown of Estimated, Realized, Forecasted, and Variance values. Hover over the ⓘ icon next to any metric label to see its definition inline. All values are restated to the anchor month, which is set to today’s month by default, using your org’s configured annual discount rate (WACC). To ensure accuracy at the monthly level, the annual rate is converted to a monthly rate via geometric compounding, so the cumulative 12-month discount factor exactly matches your configured WACC rather than a simple division by 12.
